     Okay, I've been out of writing for a bit as I helped to plan my wedding, which happened April 17, 2011. It has been an amazing year, and my wife, Dawn Manske, and I look forward to many more years together. I just started back up with writing this past weekend, working on the first draft of a short story I plan to submit to an ezine (Internet magazine) once it is ready to go. The challenge is definitely to find large blocks of time to write.

     I attended Killer Nashville last year but will take a break from conferences this year, understandably, although I may show up for a bit at Bouchercon, which is in St. Louis, where I live, this year. You can find many conferences on writing and mysteries throughout the country and year.

     Enjoy looking around and come back to see how far I’ve progressed down the road to publication!
